Membership
To join the Dubai Elite Business Circle community, you must be recommended by an existing member through a Neo® code, and have one of the following professional statuses:

Refusal of membership
Kovalys Connect reserves the discretionary right to refuse membership in the following cases:
- If the documents requested at the time of enrolment are not compliant.
- If integrating the member into the network is likely to undermine the cohesion of the existing group of members.
- If the new member's activities are not compatible with our entrepreneurial network. For example, we do not accept Network Marketing, MLM or direct sales activities.
- If the new member's activities could be related, rightly or wrongly, to ponzi schemes, scams, risky investments, money laundering or any other illegal activity. Member security is our top priority.
