Is this a seminar or a working session?

A working session. Every framework is applied to each attendee’s own business through structured exercises. You leave with a completed workbook containing your diagnosis and your first positioning direction.

Is this relevant to my sector?

The market-positioning problem is not sector-specific. We have designed the session to be relevant across various industries including F&B, professional services, retail and more. The frameworks we will work on will be applied to your specific industry and business.

Who else will be in the room?

Is the ticket price per person or per company?

Per person. We recommend one ticket per business owner — the exercises are designed for individual application. If two partners from the same business wish to attend, they are both welcome with separate tickets.

What should I prepare before arriving?

Nothing formal. Come with an idea of who your best and worst recent clients have been, and what you believe has changed in your market in the last 6 months. The session does the rest.
